Whether you find yourself exhausted after a busy week or overwhelmed preparing for the holidays, come as you are to this gratitude flow. Give the body and mind a chance to recharge as we focus on moving mindfully with our breath through a variety of postures. This practice is open to all levels, and new folks are welcome.
